This combination invites us to take inspired action, embrace change, and step into our personal power—but will require intentional grounding and emotional balance to utilize this potent energy to its fullest.

In TCM terms, Fire energy governs the heart and circulation, therefore if not harnessed with care, the yang fire Horse energy can overstimulate your nervous system and create emotional imbalance.

In this ceremony we will combine the water element to serve as the stabilizing force, supporting emotional resilience, restorative energy, and a grounded foundation. While expanding your hearts bold visions.

Together, through conscious connected breathwork and acupuncture we welcome a year of courageous heart-centered action with conscious transformation by aligning Fire and Water energies so inner drive and intuition can move in harmony. No experience required! Open to all souls.
