Brett clears the energy of the room before and after with sage. During your treatment you may experience additional healing techniques such as tuning forks, sound bowls, a drum, essential oils and Palo Santo (to integrate the experience). Please wear comfortable clothes and be ready to settle into nurturing care that gives your body, soul and mind the opportunity and expansive space to make the shifts back into its desired state of harmony.

Craniosacral Therapy /Somatoemotional release
Tools used in traditional Chinese medicine to create space for the blood to move through and nourish the muscles and tissues of the body. When “Qi and Blood” are stuck, there is pain. Both Cupping and gua sha are used to move this stagnation in the body and allow for free flow of nourishment to relieve pain and allow for proper movement. Enjoy the magic on its own or combine with any other treatment offered such as Tuina/wellness massage or craniosacral therapy.
